Isaiah 40:31
But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
That is my husband all time favorite verse for about 26 years now.
Waiting can be hard at times; we need to hear this once in awhile. Thank you.
One of my favourite Scriptures, too… as we wait upon the Lord – spend time with Jesus in His presence (see John 15:4-5), our strength is renewed for all we have to face today…. blessings!
