There is a Fountain

Despised and Rejected
“He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

God So Loved The World
“There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:”

Temple Cleansed
“Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God,
… For ye are bought with a price…”
Corinthians 6:19-20a
Once we commit our lives to Christ, our bodies become the temple of the Holy Spirit.
David prayed in Psalm 51 saying, “Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” He asked the LORD to come in, and cleanse his “temple”, and then, he asked the LORD to renew a right spirit within him.
This week is holy week, and as I remember the events leading up to the crucifixion, I reflect on how Christ “cleansed the temple”, and how, because of His sacrafice, and by His blood, I too have been made clean, and by His Holy Spirit, a right spirit is renewed within me.
Thank You, Lord Jesus.
He Sees Me…He Knows My Name
“…Fear not: for I have redeemed you,

Dress for Success
