This is one of my favourite verses. One that gave me great encouragement in my early years as a follower of Christ. Then, I saw it as pertaining to this life only.
Now, since the death of my son, it has precious meaning for me as I look to the next life for its complete fulfillment.
May the Lord continue to comfort you with the “peace that passes all understanding”, and thanks for sharing! It is such a great comfort to know that because of Jesus and His loving sacrifice, we will see our loved ones again! For all who trust in Him, the future IS bright!! :)))
