I love to reflect on the fact that the “Lord is our strength”. To really take hold of that, I think of my self paralyzed and not being able to move, then the Lord giving me the strength to get up. He does this for me each morning. Gives me the strength to live through my life even during the rough spots. Thanks for the reminder.

This is great. I have to come to make this a truth in my own sitaution. You have to have faith that God is with you and that he is only for the good.
